AI adoption is on your KPI list. It's my day job.

I am Ramona Furter, applying for Senior Manager Performance Marketing EMC in Dubai, req 546950. This page is my application: the operating model I would bring to your performance media, worked on your own calendar, and the career behind it.

The first Thursday, 08:30

Your ad makes "AI adoption and acceleration" a KPI of this role, and it went live eight days after a World Cup final, with the biggest audience pool of the year already decaying. So here is how I would run it: overnight, the automation layer drafts the week's budget moves across your channels, and by 08:30 Gulf time a human has ruled on every one.

Worked example, illustrative figures · Thursday 30 July 2026, 08:30 GST · eleven days after the final

Paid Search · Football Ruling: amend

Signal. Search demand on Football terms is sliding back toward baseline; CPCs are still at tournament peak.

Machine draft. Cut Football search budgets to pre-tournament baseline across EMC, today.

My ruling. Taper over two weeks instead. Replica and fan-gear queries still convert, and a cliff cut hands them to marketplace bidders.

Display · Programmatic Ruling: approve

Signal. The tournament weeks built the largest site and app audience pool of the year.

Machine draft. Shift display prospecting spend into retargeting the tournament-window audiences.

My ruling. Approved with a 14-day window and a frequency cap. This pool is worth more right now than any prospecting impression.

App Marketing Ruling: refuse

Signal. Cost per install has risen since the final.

Machine draft. Pause app-install campaigns until CPI normalizes.

My ruling. Refused. These two weeks are when a football visitor becomes an adiClub member, and an install now compounds through CRM for years. The spend holds.

The week, as ruled

Football search
Tournament-pool retargeting
Funded from prospecting; 14-day window, frequency capped.
App installs
Holding through the adiClub window.

Cost of sale this week: up 0.3 pts. Consumer and CRM acquisition: protected. Illustrative.

The machine optimizes this week's cost of sale. The rulings own the quarter's net sales.

I run this rhythm today at Swiss Post: automation drafts, a person decides. It cut time spent on sales by 30% and proposal feedback loops by 90%. Your ad names the loops to bring it to next: media planning, optimization, creative development and reporting.

I built this page and the model on it myself, with the AI toolchain I would bring to the team.

Why me, why this role

Your KPI list includes AI adoption and acceleration

That is my current job title. As AI Project Lead at Swiss Post I cut time spent on sales by 30% through automation and built a synthetic review avatar that cut proposal feedback time by 90%. I also ship AI end to end on my own: Pedal Peak, my cycling platform, is built and run with the same tooling.

Your funnel is measured in net sales

I owned the e-commerce ecosystem of a CHF 100M+ business at Ifolor, lifting conversion 9% and checkout step rate 15% through research, A/B testing and Google Analytics. I built consumer acquisition from zero at WePractice, 1000+ client matches in year one, and led the marketing and sales team after Series B. Underneath sits an FMCG product-marketing foundation: Domaco, Cruspi, Promena.

The honest read on my performance years

You will meet candidates with more years in a dedicated performance seat. Mine sit inside growth and e-commerce leadership: Google Ads and SEO/SEA campaigns, A/B testing, analytics, agency steering, budget and KPI ownership. Where my own stack is thin, affiliates, programmatic and app marketing at your scale, your Managers and Senior Specialists have the depth. My job is to set direction, grow them, and make the whole loop faster.

Beyond the desk

I am Swiss, based in Zurich, and my partner and I are planning our move to Dubai. Sport is not a positioning line for me: I founded Pedal Peak, a cycling platform with 331 hand-picked routes across 12 countries, and spent late 2025 bikepacking in Togo and Benin. The career on this page runs from accounting through FMCG product marketing and venture building to e-commerce and AI; the constant is taking things from idea to launch and beyond. Available with notice.
